The Senior Personal Banker will acquire, deepen, and retain relationships with new and existing Retail Bank clients through in person, phone, and video engagement. They will also play a key role in driving branch-level success through a focus on coaching and mentoring. The overall objective of this role is to build client satisfaction and loyalty, deepen client relationships, and increase both individual and team sales. The Senior Personal Banker, in conjunction with the Branch Manager, has significant coaching/mentoring responsibilities and is expected to set the tone for the team through on-the-floor leadership and participation in management routines.
