Geometrics Engineering is currently seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, PE to join our Civil and Aviation Practice in the Pacific Northwest or Texas. This position will augment Geometrics’ team of Project Managers, Construction Managers, Geotechnical Engineers and other staff, from offices in Redmond, WA, and Texas offices in Dallas, Houston and Austin. Key Responsibilities Geotechnical project manager: able to deliver Geotechnical projects from proposals, through designs, to final reports. Develop engineering designs for a variety of airport, municipal, and private projects with complex soil, pavement, drainage, and structural components. Perform analysis and design for: slope stability, retaining walls, shoring, and deep foundations. Plan and perform surface and subsurface investigations, including coordination with multiple subcontractors, clients, permits and phases. Assign, review, and incorporate laboratory tests.
