Job Description: The R&D Technician will execute experiments, test plans, gather data, maintain test equipment, write reports, build fixtures, assemble prosthetic devices, and modify parts as needed. This position may also occasionally flex to production to assist in building devices for clients. Therefore, cross training with production processes will be necessary. Mechanical aptitude and interest in technology and manufacturing processes are beneficial for this role. This position will also be responsible for the organization and care of the R&D lab, which consists of hand tools, test systems, machine tools, and instrumentation.
