Job Description Job Description We are seeking highly motivated individuals possessing excellent customer service skills to join our team of computer technicians. The Computer Technician position at our company is a mixture of a computer hardware technician and a desktop support technician. A Computer Technician will install, assemble, build, troubleshoot, service and repair desktops and laptops (Windows PCs, Apple MacOS and Chromebooks), network equipment such as routers, switches, cables and related network hardware at our client's places of business or homes. You will also instruct users in the use of personal computers and networks. Install, setup and troubleshoot computer peripherals such as headphones, keyboards, mice, speakers and monitors and assist in connecting new devices to a clients’ network (examples: video doorbell, gaming consoles, smart TVs, home security systems). You will also assist in setting up, configuring and troubleshooting mobile OS and apps on mobile devices
