Shop Superintendent Duties Purpose: The function of the Shop Superintendent is to ensure the productivity and efficiency of the fabrication processes in the shop by observing and directing personnel to perform specific jobs to achieve the intended results. The Shop Superintendent is to be on site Monday through Friday (7 AM-6 PM) with some weekends required. Weekends will be rotated to other management, as needed.
