Manage procurement process including competitive procurements, negotiations of agreements, on-going contract administration and vendor relationship management 2) Act as a resource to University faculty and staff with regard to purchases of software, equipment and services 3) Negotiate, manage and administer commercial contracts in accordance with University policies and procedures, federal, state and local laws and regulations and best business practices 4) Lead and manage RFx .
