IT Quality Analyst Salary in Pennsylvania

Participate in all phases of the Project Management LifeCycle (PMLC), partnering with appropriate groups to determine level of testing needed prior to implementation of project deliverables.

Create, review, update and execute automation scripts as required for development, debugging efforts, and regression activity for a release.

Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) Frameworks and Defect Life Cycle Process.

Development will be conducted through both internal application development teams and 3rd party software vendors to meet corporate objectives while simultaneously providing stable technological operating systems that meet the needs of the user community.

Provide direction to assure that IT applications and infrastructure components possess the necessary level of testing, and required documentation to comply with applicable GxP regulations and client requirements/expectations.

Works with the IT Quality Team and other Information Technology teams to develop and maintain standards, processes, and documentation.

Assists in the development of quality assurance procedures and testing standards for new applications, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout the development lifecycle Prepares, develops, maintains and executes quality test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software meets or exceeds specified standards and end user requirements Prepares, develops maintains and executes functional, regression, user acceptance (UAT) and performance testing Plans, designs, implements, executes, evaluates and reports deficiencies of software testing under minimal supervision for projects of all scopes Participates in requirements/design reviews, project team meetings and implementation planning on multiple concurrent projects Delivers assignments within specified timeframes, adhering to all established methodologies, standards and guidelines individually or as a member of a project team Assists Project Managers in project timeline definition related to testing requirements including test phases, level of effort and duration of testing activities Performs quality audits across various IT functions to ensure quality standards, procedures, and methodologies are being followed.

Manage requests from business process owners for automation of processes with available workflow management software, including Banner Workflow and PerfectForms.

Document, track, and communicate project testing risks, test results, status, defect analysis and unresolved problems for multiple projects and provide recommendations for improvements to the development team.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and ability to work with individuals from all areas and levels of the company.
