Lead Business Analyst with Design Skills Salary

Executes BA activities related to business process analysis/design, stakeholder needs assessments and cost/benefit analysis.

Actively participate in all stages of project development including research, design, programming, testing and implementation to ensures the released product meets the intended functional and operational requirements.

Collects and defines requirements, translates into functional design, test planning, and user documentation processes.

Create, document and revise functional specifications, as necessary, throughout the development lifecycle Develop and write requirements to meet client needs Create user interface mockups and associated rules to define navigation, validation, data relationships and trigger events Conduct analytical review meetings as required with domain experts to acquire the details needed to write functional specifications Ensure accuracy, completeness, clarity and simplification of functional specifications Present functional specifications to internal stakeholders for reviewacceptance and compliance with requirements Ensure quality by managing functional requirements and providing traceability to design documentation, test cases, and training material Work directly with internal software development team, integration partners and 3rd party software vendors Regularly interface with various teams throughout the organization REQUIREMENTS Bachelorrsquos degree preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts Experience in the areas of software development and technical business analysis with a thorough understanding of the SDLC Demonstrable proficiency in product specifications Strong analytical and customer relationship skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements Experience in business analysis or technical writing The company is an equal opportunity employer and will consider all applications without regards to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any characteristic protected by law.
