Operations Assistant with Inventory Skills Salary

Handling internal inventory transfers from Production to Sales / Marketing.

Operate within JDE inventory system, database, and excel spreadsheet.

Provide superior front of house office and administrative support to families, staff, and scholarsServe as a primary point of contact for all incoming visitors, families and scholars, including provision of information and connection to administrationMaintain a high level of courtesy, service, and communication to all staff, scholars, parents, and guests Collect, process and maintain all scholar records, both on paper and in digital formManage scholar attendance collection and associated parent callsSupport nutrition ordering and reporting, as neededSupport the Operations Manager in all aspects of scholar lottery and enrollmentSupport maintenance of inventory and manage distribution of materials as neededMaintain an organized and accessible office spaceManage incoming and outgoing mail, including large scale mailings to families as neededManage all aspects of communication to families, including record-keeping, grading reports, and special eventsManage the inventory of essential, routine supplies of the school to ensure there are no gaps in organizational efficiencyMaintain a relentlessly positive, solutions-focused mindset no matter the days challengesAdapt to new initiatives and systems with urgency, consistency, and positivity Other duties as assigned by administration to ensure operational efficiency.
