LMS Administrator with LMS Skills Salary

Monitors reoccurring issues, systemdata or process gaps and proactively identify potential sources of increased efficiency and enhancements Develops, builds and maintain all elements related to LMS functionality Develops standardized LMS operational processes and procedures, guidelines and documentation Provides reporting and analysis on priority basis regarding performance of programs, content, users and execution for the training team s business requirements, initiatives and strategies Builds and deploys online courses via LMS and ensures that learning solutions meet the department s technical and quality standards Liaise with the information technology team and vendors on LMS and future LMS decisions Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience administering Learning Management Systems or other electronic performance tracking system.

Manages the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the LMS (CD2 Learning) by collaborating with a team of learning and system professionals including maintaining the LMS content quality and appropriate catalogue, version control and archival information Maintains data integrity rules and processes for the LMS such as course descriptions Provides LMS end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance and escalation management.

Creates and maintain resources (technical procedures and policy documentation) to train and support learners on the LMS functionality, how to login and navigation, how to access course offering, run and review training report/dashboard to manage individual and team development.

Lead efforts to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve LMS-related system issues, including configuration and infrastructure, identifyingand preventingproblems before they occur.

Develop BIDS Reports as needed Evaluate new LMS functionality and features in LMS, including testing and providing training Participate in LMS software validation activities 10 - Communication AServe as the main point of contact and system expert for users and coordinate communications regarding system upgrades, changes, and corporate training initiativesprojects Performs additional duties as assigned, including but not limited to, assisting in various other projects with the Human Resources department.

Reviews and partners with Governance team to establish processes or policies as needed for consistent use of the system Research and resolve issues related to the LMS in compliance with defined procedures and standards (governance).

Works with vendor to discussing prospective Cornerstone release notes to support and consults with the Global LMS Administrator as feature release and testing is rolled out with each release and project phase.

Communicate directly with customers to assess and document their LMS-related requests.

Acts as an interior authority by analyzing data and recommending solutions to utilize the LMS to deliver, track coaching job and live performance to meet structure objectives.

Builds and deploys online courses via LMS and ensures that learning solutions meet the department’s technical and quality standards.
