The culture emphasizes safety, accountability, and continuous improvement, and managers are visible and approachable. Expectations are clear, and there’s an emphasis on doing things right the first time. Team interactions are courteous but minimal. Workplace culture is fine, but nothing especially stands out. Safety standards are good but could improve further. It's inspiring to be part of an organization that cares about both its products and its people.

I also appreciate the break schedules and amenities—small things that show the company cares. Morale is high thanks to fair treatment and achievable goals. I feel comfortable being myself and know that my contributions are appreciated regardless of my background. I've spent 15 years in manufacturing and this is by far the best company I've worked for.

Shift schedules vary and sometimes cause fatigue. Workers are trained, heard, and respected. Communication between departments sometimes lacks clarity. They don’t just sit in offices — they walk the floor and check in regularly.
