It’s a very inclusive environment where everyone is treated with respect. Management is fair and provides the necessary resources and support to get the job done effectively and safely. Our facility is one of the cleanest I’ve seen in the industry. Shift schedules vary and may cause fatigue. There is no limited interaction across departments, and collaboration is emphasized. That’s great for consistency, but there’s little room for individual creativity or experimentation.
