Flexible schedules support personal needs. We are given paid volunteer days and opportunities to support local charities. Management is very understanding and supportive of personal commitments.

The company offers engaging challenges. There are formal channels for submitting ideas, and good suggestions actually get implemented. Summer Fridays are a much-loved benefit! That extra half-day each week in the summer allows for more time with family and friends. Management provides necessary support but doesn’t often solicit feedback.
