It’s a stable job with decent benefits, but it doesn’t offer much excitement. The benefits package is generous and helps support work-life balance. I’ve grown so much here thanks to mentorship and internal opportunities.

Routine work with minimal variety, though expectations are clear. I’ve worked in other facilities where corners are cut—and it is here. Staff try to help but seem rushed at times. I’m constantly learning from my peers and building a career I never thought possible. Employees feel supported and it ise a lack of agility in adapting to new challenges.
