Every team member is encouraged to share ideas. I’ve learned more here in a year than I did in my previous three roles. The work is consistent, and the people are generally friendly and change happens gradually. They meet expectations but don’t exceed them.

I’m excited about my future with this company. Great exposure to a variety of business clients. I’ve been given opportunities to lead initiatives, which has helped me grow professionally. The management team is attentive, and there’s a strong effort to support employee well-being and development. Some teams are highly efficient, while others lag. The company has successfully maintained a startup-like collaborative spirit despite its large size, which makes problem-solving and innovation much more effective. The energy is contagious and pushes me to do my best work. I’ve learned a lot and felt truly welcomed from day one.

Colleagues are polite but keep to themselves. Training is available but mostly self-directed. I appreciate the job stability and consistency, though the lack of variety can make things dull. There’s minimal encouragement to go beyond the role's scope, and though the environment is supportive, it can feel stagnant.
