Management listens and invests in employee development. Training happens on-site, but documentation and support could improve. The diverse portfolio of projects – from commercial to infrastructure – means there's always something new to learn and apply. Each project runs efficiently with excellent coordination among trades. I enjoy the variety of construction projects we undertake; it keeps the work interesting and allows me to develop a broad range of skills. The sheer diversity of projects at keeps every day interesting. The company is large and well-established, which can lead to decision-making. I greatly appreciate commitment to innovation and adopting new technologies.

I’ve seen many apprentices develop into highly competent craftspeople thanks to this excellent program. Not a bad place to work, especially for those starting out, but there are areas that could be improved. I like being part of a crew that builds things we can be proud of. Training exists, but it's minimal unless you seek it out.
