While there aren’t many extra perks, it’s a stable workplace for those in hospitality. The workload is reasonable, and scheduling is flexible enough for most employees. Great perks for employees. Training is sufficient, though more mentorship opportunities would be helpful. The management team is transparent and keeps us informed about company goals. A supportive and motivating workplace. While the company doesn’t offer many extras, it’s a dependable place to work. Training sessions are provided, though more specialized programs would be beneficial.
