There’s a solid training program and great mentors.

However, there’s little cross-functional collaboration, which can make things feel siloed and monotonous. I'm excited about the company's growth trajectory and the opportunities that come with it. The HR team provides clear documentation and training materials, while managers ensure you feel supported. The transparent bonus structure is something I really appreciate. We are always encouraged to find better ways of working.
