I've worked here for over a year, and while it’s been a stable experience, I haven’t felt particularly inspired. This creates a much more pleasant and productive work environment where energy is spent on our clients and our work, not on navigating office drama. Managers are responsive to feedback, and employees feel valued for their contributions. It's rare to find an organization this large that still makes every employee feel valued and heard. I feel proud to work here and confident in my future within the company.
