However, there's not much variety, and growth opportunities appear limited for most roles. I’ve had access to training programs and mentorship opportunities that have helped sharpen my skills. Positive team culture and steady workflow. I genuinely enjoy coming to work and feel motivated by the culture, leadership, and people I interact with every day. The work itself is steady but lacks variety. I’ve received more recognition for my hard work here than anywhere else.
