About Kent County SPCA
The KCSPCA currently maintains one satellite holding shelter in New Castle and one satellite holding/Adoption shelter in Sussex that houses some of the 3600 plus stray or "at-large" dogs rescued in those counties with an additional 13,000 plus state-wide dogs, cats, exotics and livestock being sheltered and cared for at our main complex in Camden, Kent County, Delaware.
