I’ve made some great friends here. My career has grown more in the past two years here than in the previous five at my old job. I've personally seen junior employees' suggestions turn into company-wide initiatives. Communication is open, and everyone is encouraged to share ideas. Employees are respected and treated fairly, but recognition is infrequent. While we are all driven to succeed, there isn't a culture of working excessive hours.
