Benefits are generous, and the hybrid work model is helpful. However, the work lacks variety and is highly process-driven.

Got the job done but lacked the personal touch of providers. Room for improvement in communication. The culture is one of open communication and support. My opinions matter here. This adaptive approach ensures we stay competitive and efficient, which benefits everyone in the long run.

Training was sufficient, and tasks are straightforward. From holiday parties to casual Friday get-togethers, there's always something to look forward to. The work can be repetitive, and there’s minimal variation in daily tasks. The collaborative spirit here is infectious. I’ve had a rewarding experience at this company.
