Processes are somewhat outdated, but they still function. Training is comprehensive, and collaboration across shifts is smooth.

Performance expectations are fair, but the pace can drag during seasons. That’s great for consistency, but there’s little room for individual creativity or experimentation. Management actually listens to suggestions and acts on them. Training is sufficient but could be more comprehensive. This focus on excellence is instilled from the top down and makes the work feel meaningful and important to everyone involved.
