About PCC Property Owner's Association
The Association includes all property in the Country Club area, with the exception of Unit 6 up on the hill. It also includes the area surrounding Old Black Canyon Highway. The Prescott Country Club is in unincorporated land in Yavapai County. Between 1989 and 1992, the individual units approved the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and future property owners became mandatory members
