Promotions are possible, and often depend on team structure. Managers are trained to coach and mentor, offering regular check-ins. Summer Fridays are a much-loved benefit! That extra half-day each week in the summer allows for more time with family and friends. Opportunities for growth exist, but they require initiative and aren't easily visible. It’s a win-win. It allowed me to take the time I needed with my newborn without financial stress.
