Production goals are fair and consistently met. I’ve worked in several manufacturing facilities over the years, and this one is by far the best. I like the routine and structure of the day. Our production targets are met consistently, and the workplace feels organized, focused, and well-managed.

The team gets the job done, though there's little room for creative problem-solving.
