About Putnam County Magistrate Court
The Court conducts civil and criminal trials in the Magistrate Court courtroom, on the third floor of the courthouse, East wing, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Bond hearings are held at the Putnam County Sheriffs Office on Mondays and Wednesdays at 3:00 PM and on Fridays at 11:00 AM. There are no jury trials in Magistrate Court.
