Leadership supports innovation and regularly communicates company updates. There’s minimal encouragement to go beyond the role's scope, and though the environment is supportive, it can feel stagnant. Management fosters an incredibly supportive environment where asking questions is encouraged and learning from experienced colleagues is a daily occurrence. While I appreciate the structured work environment, I sometimes wish there were more opportunities for creativity or innovation. Work-life balance is supported through flexible arrangements.
