It’s a positive place for people looking to challenge themselves while being part of a collaborative and driven team. Training is available but generic. I’m proud to work here and see a bright future ahead for us. I've worked here for over a year, and while it’s been a stable experience, I haven’t felt particularly inspired.

Management really invests in growth. It feels good to be rewarded fairly for my contributions. Leadership provides direction, but feedback loops are affected. While all were professional, the lack of continuity meant repeatedly explaining our needs. Some teams were very prompt while others took longer. My experience at this company has been nothing short of excellent. I appreciate that failure is treated as a learning opportunity. The pace of work is energetic and exciting, but never overwhelming.
