Some tools and systems could be modernized. I’ve learned more here in a year than I did in my previous three roles. I feel empowered to take initiative and know my contributions are valued. This exposure to different functions has broadened my skill set and helped me understand how all the pieces of our company fit together. I’ve grown so much, both personally and professionally, thanks to the amazing people I work with.

Overall a competent environment with reasonable expectations. I feel proud to work here and confident in my future within the company. Creative freedom and respect. Room for improvement in employee engagement and development opportunities. While the environment is respectful, it’s not particularly engaging or dynamic. My manager is incredibly skilled at providing feedback in a way that is both kind and effective. The leadership team checks in often, and no concern goes unheard.

It’s a decent place to gain experience. Performance is recognized, and internal mobility is encouraged. Innovation is genuinely encouraged here. The option to work remotely has given me a new level of freedom and focus.
