The production planning is thoughtful, avoiding unnecessary overtime while meeting customer demands. Seeing our products used in critical applications worldwide gives tremendous pride in our work. Coworkers are professional, though not especially social. The company offers reasonable benefits and job stability but can be bureaucratic in decision-making. They provide ongoing training, encourage internal promotion, and maintain a very safe and respectful environment. It allows for impressive capabilities while maintaining focus on individual development. Training opportunities exist but can be inconsistent and generic.

I started with little experience, but the training program helped me develop useful skills. The facility is well-maintained and safe for workers. Even when the workload is high, the team pulls together. Coworkers are respectful but mostly keep to themselves.
