It’s a decent introduction to manufacturing, and it is somehow in-depth.

Advancement is possible but requires persistence. Career progression exists but is influenced by seniority. Safety standards are clearly followed, and the facility is clean. Safety protocols are established but inconsistently applied in some areas.

Training is strong, safety is a priority, and leadership promotes accountability. I’ve always known what’s expected of me, and help is readily available. Some roles feel more supported than others. It's a dynamic environment where continuous learning and problem-solving are integral parts of the job.
