Processes are generally clear, and there's a good structure in place which helps in managing workloads effectively. Open communication, flexible hours, and team support make this an ideal place to work. Communication is structured but occasionally delayed. Room for improvement in communication. While all were professional, the lack of continuity meant repeatedly explaining our needs.
