JOB TITLE: Security Supervisor

LOCATION: EASTGATE SHOPPING CENTRE

SHIFT PATTERN: 3 on 3off, 42 hours per week

PAT RATE: £12.29 per hour

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at ABM UK. As the Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of security contracts to the highest standards at our client site, Eastgate Shopping Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of security staff
• Ensure that all public areas, service yards, common areas, and back-of-house areas are fully secured and safe
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the estate
• Recruit, train, and develop security team members
• Implement and update assignment instructions and risk assessments
• Ensure clear and effective communication with key personnel and stakeholders
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a security environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and a focus on customer care
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and fire prevention procedures
