Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant at ABS IT Services in Farnborough. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks, including preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards for UK & Europe.

Qualifications/ Experience

• Financial Reporting, Account Reconciliation, and Financial Analysis skills
• Financial Modelling and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for large projects
• Experience working with Grant & R&D bodies
• Experience with Financial Regulations and Compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software and systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• CPA or ACCA qualification is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
