You will guide and mentor your kitchen team, ensuring the highest levels of food quality, presentation, and service.
In addition to your culinary expertise, you must be well-versed in food hygiene standards and accounting practices. Your attention to detail and ability to manage food and beverage costs will be crucial to the restaurant's financial success. You will play an integral role in selecting suppliers and monitoring inventory to maintain our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining kitchen schedules, ordering supplies, and managing the kitchen budget. The successful candidate will work 42 hours per week over four days, with a salary of up to 37,000, depending on experience.
