Salesforce Analyst.

Salary: c£41,000 per annum pro rata.

Location: Remote, home-based.

Contract/Hours: Fixed Term Contract – Full Time – 6 months.

A bit about the role

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be working as part of a small team within our Technology department. This is an exciting and varied role where you will help design, develop, administer and support our Salesforce systems.

A key element of the role will be to maintain and support existing users of Sales and Service Cloud as well as develop and design the implementation for new and existing functionality on the Salesforce platform.


How you'll help to create brighter futures

  • Provide development and administration on Salesforce and Service and Experience Clouds - working as part of a team to design technical solutions, system development and system administration.
  • Provide support for our Salesforce users.
  • Design and build reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
  • Design and build workflows according to requirements.
  • Able to design, test, build and support new functionality that is introduced to the system.
  • Consult with our internal stakeholders regarding system functionality and usability to enhance user experience.

Let's talk about you

Essential criteria:

  • Previous track record of Salesforce Sales Cloud administration
  • Current Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Experience of installation and configuration of third-party applications within the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience of stakeholder management.
  • Must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Able to document requirements and work with business analysts as required.
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.


Preferred:

  • Previous experience working with charities, not-for-profit or public sector organisations.
