As an F&B Supervisor, you will be the face of our hotel's exceptional service standards, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience. Your strong leadership and attention to detail will inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient, friendly service in all F&B areas (restaurant, lounge, bar, function rooms, room service).
  • Manage stock and labor costs.
  • Ensure team has thorough menu knowledge to advise guests and promote sales.
  • Maintain par stock levels through effective ordering.
  • Supervise functions and events from setup to close.
  • Promote F&B sales and suggest promotional ideas.
  • Regularly train and coach staff for exceptional performance.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Investigate cash and credit card discrepancies.
  • Report health and safety hazards and maintenance needs.
  • Assist with duties as requested by management.
  • Adhere to health and safety procedures; conduct fire alarm tests if needed.
  • Act as Duty Manager and resolve guest issues when necessary.
  • Contribute to creating weekly rota based on business needs.
  • Drive positive guest reviews and offer excellent customer service.
  • Generate sales leads through guest interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in restaurants, events, or bars required.
  • Highly driven and result oriented.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
  • Proficient in PMS.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and presentable skills
  • Food Safety certification required.
  • Personal license holder preferred.

The candidate should be flexible to work on weekends and bank holidays.
