Annapurna HR have partnered with a growing organisation who are seeking a strong compensation analyst to join the team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and analysing compensation programmes, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. You will be responsible for job architecture, including the development and maintenance of job families, levels, and pay structures as well as the preparation for end of year cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain job architecture, including job families, levels, and pay structures.
Analyse compensation structures, including salary, bonus, and incentive plans.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on compensation strategies.
Ensure compliance with UK regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on compensation-related projects and reporting.
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of UK compensation regulations, job architecture, and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and compensation management software.
