We are currently recruiting for a Senior Catering Assistant to join our team working at HMP Bullingdon, Bicester OX25 1PZ

What you'll be doing

• You will be serving customers and operating the till / cash handling
• Restocking the unit using the FIFO method
• Cleaning the area, general cafe work
• Making hot drinks
• Serving hot food on the counter
• Cold food preperation e.g sandwiches
• Providing great customer service to our customers and clients
• Working alongside enhanced prisoners with the possibility of supervising a prisoner alongside working.
  

Experience

• Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have legal right to work
• Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
• Food safety level 2 desirable but training can be given
• Previous experience of working in a cafe / hospitality environment
• Confident candidate who is happy to supervise an enhanced prisoner if required
