We are looking for a new Administrator/Customer Care Co-ordinator to join our friendly team at Ascendit Lifts in Horley, Surrey.

We are looking to recruit a person with excellent customer care and administration skills, and ideally experience, to work within our busy Operations Support team.

The role involves a range of duties which may change as you move around our team – including supporting either our surveyors or service and installation engineers out in the field, handling a mixture of quotations, diaries, orders and coordination of installation works, reactive response to breakdowns and proactive planning of maintenance works.

Do you have:.

  • Excellent administrative skills, with a strong eye for detail and a good understanding of Windows and Microsoft products, CRM software etc.
  • Good geographical knowledge of the south-east of England and experience of using Google Maps
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Confidence and a polite, personable telephone manner
  • A clear understanding of positive customer care with a proven track record of customer service within any industry and an empathetic style of communication
  • A desire to deliver results and find solutions to any problem
  • The ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures.

  • A starting salary of up to £24,000 per annum
  • 25 days paid holiday, plus all the 8 bank holidays. The 25 days increases up to 27 days with time served
  • Monday to Friday 08.30am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 5:30pm working week 9subject to team requirements, at our head office in Horley, Surrey, RH6 9GA
