A bit about the job: The individual will support first line Financial Crime oversight across the businesses and will ensure Financial Crime risks are identified, managed, and reported, to align financial crime operations across the business. Key aspects of role: Facilitate the delivery and implementation of all relevant Financial Crime training material across the first line Lead the delivery of a compliant AML and Fraud Champion Network Provide technical guidance to Financial Crime Ops teams as a subject matter expert on complex financial crime queries Lead, deliver and embed a culture of financial crime awareness and continuous improvement Manage and supervise controls testing/assurance activity related to financial crime prevention and oversight of financial crime related internal and external reporting Skills and experience we’re looking for: Experience in undertaking financial crime reviews, with the ability to assess risk levels and make high risk business decisions Knowledge of Fraud, Anti Money Laundering, and broader Financial Crime regulations Capability to simplify complex concepts and articulate them to varied audiences, particularly in writing, and able to distil key messages for senior leaders Leadership experience would be beneficial, however extensive first hand experience is highly valued Experience within the Insurance and/or Financial Services industry What you’ll get for this role: Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow – is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
