Barista

B Bagel is a unique food service provider that specialises in serving fresh authentic bagels and delicious food.

As a Barista, you will work within the Front of House team and play a pivotal role in providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for B Bagel’s patrons. Your responsibilities will include coffee preparation and costumer service while maintaining hygiene and health and safety standards . You will also assist customers with their selections, process transactions and ensure that the bakery's front of house operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate will possess:

· Friendly and outgoing demeanour, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience preparing coffee and a genuine passion and knowledge of the product.

· Excellent knowledge of B Bagel’s standards, policies, and procedures.

· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, a proactive and energised individual capable of taking initiative.

· Basic math skills and proficiency in using a POS system for transactions.

· Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

· Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£13.75 per hour
