FOH Team Member

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Team Member to join our team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. If you have a passion for the culinary industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced bar environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and escalate to management when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Set up stations for service/assist with close down duties
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £11.95 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
