Shift: ’4 on 4 off fixed days 6:00-18:00

What We Do.

This particular role is at our Bakkavor Spalding site, which employs over 1,470 people across 3 manufacturing facilities & 1 Distribution Centre. We specialise in making hand crafted sandwich wraps, salads, dips, soups & sauces and mayonnaise.

About The Role.

Our production lines are non-stop. As a Hygiene Team Leader, you’ll enjoy plenty of variety and a great team spirit as you help to create our high-quality products. Working right at the heart of our fast-paced, high-pressured environment, you’ll be encouraged to find where your strengths lie and supported to achieve your full potential.

About You.

Food manufacturing experience is essential for this role, along with:

• Plenty of drive, motivation, and ambition,
• The desire to learn about Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices,
• The willingness to wear PPE,
• The ability to be hardworking and a good team player,
• A keen eye for detail and a basic understanding of English and Maths.
