Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Placing candidates into established accounts within the data centre sector.
• Winning new business and developing existing accounts in this sector.
• Meeting key stakeholders and interviewing candidates.
• Working on both contract and permanent vacancies.
• Working to pre agreed financial objectives.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience of working as a 360 recruiter within technology or engineering recruitment disciplines.
• Able to account manage and win business.
• Able to demonstrate billing success within the recruitment environment.
• Able to demonstrate success within the recruitment sector.
• Self-motivated and ambitious.
