Salary:£16.50 an hour
Work:Monday - Friday with weekends when required
Location:Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Expected hours:45 hours per week
Job Description

Responsibilities
- Deliver, install and recover products from customer sites.
- Ability to follow exact directions.
- Able to maintain accurate paperwork/electronic records.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment (crane) or willing to be trained.
- Able to work as part of a team, and have good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hand tools.
- Must be able to adhere to Health and Safety procedures and rules.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (day, night, occasional weekends).
- Reliable and trustworthy, good timekeeper, able to use their own initiative and highly motivated.
Required
- Must have a current HGV Class 1 licence.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug/alcohol screen/physical.
Desired/Preferred:
- CSCS card desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Experience of Wagon & drag is desirable.
- Construction and Transmission & Distribution experience preferred.
Installation and recovery operations are undertaken across the entire UK, often in remote locations, and involve working as a crew of two/three team members or more. Nights away in your own truck (not sharing with others) often as well.
