Band 4 ICT Administrative Support - SSL Hub

The skills to develop, support and maintain our systems and services are done in house with the help of a highly motivated group of technical specialists supported by a dedicated administrative team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide a high quality administrative support function .

This post is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Working as a team player, you will need to be highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic with excellent organisational, communication and problem solving skills. A good understanding of ICT and working with Microsoft packages is essential for this role.

This comprehensive administrative support function includes:
Act as the focal point of contact and be responsible for dissemination of information, messages and dealing with telephone enquiries for the team.

Experience of producing and manipulating data for written reports

Accurate data entry into the ICT systems.

Maintenance of shared email boxes.

Undertaking action notes for team and formal minute taking for other key meetings.

Other administrative duties as required.
