Cocktail Bartender / All Rounder

Here's what you need to know:
Pay: £11.45-£11.65 per hour tips
25 hours across 3-4 shifts per week
Availability:
25 hours available one hour either side of our opening hours Fridays from 12pm
Now, here's what we're looking for:
Role Requirements:
- You should have at least 1 year of experience working in fast-paced hospitality environments, this can be in a kitchen, behind a coffee machine as a Barista, FOH in a restaurant or behind a traditional pub bar (you don’t need to have cocktail experience - we'll provide all the training you need!)
- You need to be a team player with a warm, positive personality, a great attitude, and a strong work ethic.
- You should be able to work under pressure and thrive independently or as part of a team.
- You need to have excellent communication skills, both to give and ask for help where required.
- You should have the ability to build and maintain relationships with our customers.
- You must be passionate about cocktails and the bar environment, keeping an eye on trends to ensure that we're always offering something fresh and exciting.
- You should ensure that you and the team communicate and multi-task to produce high-quality drinks quickly.
- You need to have situational awareness - you know what's happening around you.
Job Description:
- Mix up consistently high-quality cocktails and drinks for our dine-in and takeaway customers.
- Take orders at customers' tables, run drinks, and clear tables.
- Keep the service and floor area clean and organised.
- Deliver service at the highest possible standards.
- Complete all prep and checklists.
- Serve customers with a big ol' smile!
